Coupon payments are of 4 types:
Coupon bearing: Standard Bonds with a coupon payment schedule at fixed intervals.
Zero coupon: No coupon is payable during the entire tenor of the bonds. These type of bonds are issued at a discounted Face Value.
Bullet: Coupon is paid only on the maturity of the bond.
Market-linked: Coupon on the bond is variable and usually linked to an external benchmark.
